However, in the unlikely event that you do have need of after-sales service we’d like to ensure that we are able to provide a response and solution that meets your expectations.

In order to do this we ask you to personally register your product with us using the form below in which for product verification purposes, you will be required to insert the four-digit alpha-numeric sequence that is shown on your product carton label as in this example:

NOTE: A failure to correctly provide this information in the form below does not invalidate your product warranty under any applicable consumer legislation within the jurisdiction of your purchase but the lack of this information will prevent us from making any important product announcements to you and may delay the resolution of a warranty claim.
